● What does 208cc engine mean
208cc engine is a small ohv gasoline engine, single-cylinder four-stroke, 208cc engine horsepower 7.5hp, engine displacement 208CC, engine bore 70MM, so it is also called 170F engine, 170F engine is a product after cylinder expansion based on 168F engine, so its most accessories can be used in common with 168F engine.

● 208cc engine steps for usage:
1. Check before starting.
● Check the 208cc engine carburetor, oil seal, bottom, etc. for oil leakage.
●Remove impurities and foreign objects around the muffler, starter, and heat sink.
●Check the appearance, whether all nuts, bolts and screws are loose and must be tightened.
● Check whether the 208cc engine oil is lower than the safety line, if the oil is lower than the safety line, the oil alarm system will stop and close.
2. Preparation before starting
1) Add engine oil
Unscrew the oil dipstick, add an appropriate amount of oil from the filler port until the specified height, and then tighten the oil dipstick; the oil used is: SAE 15 W/40 four-stroke gasoline lubricating oil
Note: 170F engine add 0.6 liters of oil, 190F engine add 1.1 liters of oil, do not add too much!!
2) Add fuel
Open the fuel tank cap and add fuel from the fuel filler port (93# unleaded gasoline is recommended) to the specified height (do not exceed the fuel tank filter).
3. Start
● Flip the fuel switch to the ON position
● When starting the gasoline engine, turn the throttle handle to the closed position; the throttle should be adjusted to the open state immediately after the machine is started
● Move the throttle handle about 1/3 from low speed to high speed
● Turn the gasoline engine switch to the ON position
● Gently pull the starter handle until you feel resistance, then pull hard and quickly, then slowly put the handle back
4. Shut down the gasoline engine
Put the throttle handle plate to the low-speed position, turn the gasoline switch to the off position, and turn off the fuel switch.
Note: It is strictly forbidden to stop quickly when the engine is running at high speed and heavy load, so as not to damage the machine parts.
5. Gasoline engine maintenance
● Close the gasoline valve at the carburetor
● Do not keep gasoline in the carburetor oil cup
● Empty the engine oil
